So I decided to recommend a home inspector in New York for you.  Yes I know that can be risky.

My highest recommendation is for a friend I know, who I trust as
a friend and as a professional home inspector in New York.

He is an expert at seeing things other people cannot as I said, I
do not know if he is the cheapest person in town, but I do know he is WELL
